This year, NoviHome is recognizing the builders who delivered standout buyer experiences, strong engagement, and meaningful use of their app. The Novi Nice List celebrates the teams who set the bar for what modern buyer communication should look like.

If you’re planning to apply this year, this guide walks through everything you need to know: who can enter, how it works, the official rules, and what it takes to win.

How to Enter

Submit the form and upload one thing that shows how NoviHome impacted your buyers this year.
This can be:

  • A story

  • A screenshot

  • A video

  • A fun or surprising fact

  • Anything that reflects the difference your teams made

No long application. No essays. Just show us something real.

Entry deadline: November 28

How Finalists Are Chosen

On December 1, we’ll begin The Twelve Days of Novi, announcing one winner each day, for a combined 12 finalists on our social channels.

Finalists are selected based on:

  • Creativity

  • Buyer impact

  • Use of Novi

  • Overall story

Each finalist gets a $25 gift card and is entered to win the grand prize.

How the Grand Prize Winner Is Picked

The winner will be the finalist whose post receives the most social engagement by January 1.

Engagement includes:

  • Likes

  • Comments

  • Reposts

Builders can repost their finalist spotlight on their own channels.
All engagement on those posts counts.

To track it, finalists must:

  • Use #NoviNiceList
